CITY CYCLE CLUB

City Cycle Club was a brand new concept, a start-up in the heart of Covent Garden, Central London. We jumped onboard from 0 and built it past 2,000 in less than 90 Days. Minimal budget and utilizing members of staff as a key player in across the strategy pillars.

The strategy was simple but delivered in three core areas…organic content, paid ads and community based content. Everything you see on their Instagram page has come directly from Renza Media’s Social Media Management Package.

This was one of the most successful Paid Ads we produced. It has now been re-created and altered to capture more engagement.

It specifically targeted Cyclists in central london, by focusing on the pain point of breaking down, having a puncture or something happening that is unfixable by the side of the road and softly introducing the in-house bike servicing facility.

The sole aim of organic content is to align the purpose of the brand closer to the ideal avatar (customer). Done correctly like below, it can become a highly shareable piece of content that potential customers can save or send to others within the same demographic. 

FUNNY / HUMOROUS ORGANIC CONTENT 

A chance to break that fourth wall with potential customers (followers). It also allows the brand to bring it’s personality through the content.

The mission behind City Cycle Club is serious, it’s intentional. However, the image the owner Adel Martelli wanted to portray online, was fun, approachable and exciting.

TIKTOK STRATEGY

For City Cycle Club, Renza Media designed a TikTok strategy that balances education with entertainment. We use humor and character-driven skits, featuring staff personas to make cycling knowledge approachable and fun. By blending practical tips with playful storytelling, the brand feels both authoritative and relatable, building a community that learns while they laugh.


THE URBAN CYCLIST’S SHOW LONDON

On the 11th May 2025 City Cycle Club hosted their very own event called ‘The Urban Cyclist’s Show London’. The aim was really a chance to build a greater sense of trust with our community. It was also a chance to give smaller UK based brands a little bit more exposure in London, with real contact time with existing and new customer.

The event was a huge success and Renza Media were able to capture loads of content on the day. Whether it was walking tours, interviews with vendors, photos and promotional video footage that could be used at a future content.
